The Capertee Valley has its own micro-climate so we suggest that you bring a variety of clothing fit for the season you are visiting. Swimming costume for the outdoor bath
If you haven’t pre-booked a gourmet meal you will need to grab some supplies for your stay.
If coming from Sydney – Lithgow (1 hour from the farm) is the last town centre that has Woolworths, Coles and Aldi as well as Liquorland (near Coles) and BWS (next to Woolworths). We encourage you to shop there on your way through. OR there is an IGA plus liquor at Kandos (35min by car), Rylstone – Foodworks plus liquor (very small 40min) and Mudgee Woolworths, Coles and Aldi (1 hr 15min by car).
If you need any extra food or beverage supplies then Kandos is your closest location opened 7 days a week. There is an IGA food store for your convenience, along with butcher, and pharmacy for any medical needs.
